Frequently asked questions

Does the letter need to be notarized?

No. IRCC does not require notarization for the Super Visa invitation letter. A simple signature is enough.

How is family size calculated?

You + spouse/partner + dependent children + anyone you already sponsor or support + the invited parents/grandparents. That number sets the minimum income.

Which income year can I use?

Since March 31, 2026, either of the two previous tax years. Use the Notice of Assessment (line 15000) of whichever year is more favourable.

Can I add my parents' income?

Yes — since March 31, 2026 the visitors' own income can be added, with supporting documents. Tick the option in the Income section.

Does the tool keep my data?

Your data stays in your browser (local storage) so you don't lose your progress. We only record anonymous usage statistics. The PDF is generated on the server from the letter text and is not stored.
